Car Hail storm claim

On the 13th of December 2021. I called to report my car was damaged by hail storm . The consultants kept saying they will call me back because for some reason the calls kept getting cut for two days. I even sent a follow up email and I never got a response. I am truly disappointed in their service. Till today no communication from them
