Car claim

Hi. I'm really disappointed with the service I'm getting from ABSA. I submitted a claim and got correspondence from my accessor that he had finished with my claim on the 26 July 2024 and money had to be paid out to me, I'm still waiting for a call from Mbali Ngobese to call me. I have made numerous calls regarding this to no success. I hope this channel will give me fulfillments in resolving my mater. Claim number: 469695 .
