Can't reach them anywhere

Been trying to get hold of them telephonically and even via email for two weeks now and no luck . I have been trying to adjust my policy start date to June because they have not sent me an updated policy. I don't even know if I should just cancel because their communication is bad. I think I should just stick with my current insurer because imagine in a time of crisis I won't be able to claim because they don't take calls.
