Cannot get hold of ABSA Insurance to cancel my policy - Since July 2024

I have been trying to contact ABSA insurance to cancel my car insurance, since end of July 2024. I have phoned numerous times, i have sent multiple emails, but i am not getting any response, and the debit order keeps going off, ABSA insurance, i want my money back and i want my policy cancelled immediately. Total unacceptable. I would NOT recommend ABSA Insurance to anyone.
