Cancelling is impossible, worst possible service

The worst possible service!!! Been trying to cancel this insurance since February Each month they still deduct the money from mg account! This month it has been deducted 3 times! I cancelled the debit order at my bank but it does not make a difference because it is still active on their side. Went to ABSA where they just said sorry we cant help you!!! I have so many emails where O actually cc every complaint department. Still nothing!
