Cancellation refund

I have been with this insurance since 2023 On the 15th of January I cancelled it with immediate effect but they still debited me on the 25th as pee usual. When I called on the 28th I found out that the cancellation was not done but the communication is there ,so it was cancelled on the day and was told I will get my refund within 7 working days,it is the 8th today when I called ai was told the refund was processed it is just awaiting release I should give them another 5-7 days. This is so unfair and *********** because the new also took money rightfully so.
