Cancellation of Policy

My car was written off on 9 August 2023 and to date they have not yet cancelled my policy. I keep on getting debited over and over too. Even after phoning multiple times they assure me it is cancelled and a refund will be due. Few days later when following up on the refund I'm told they know nothing about the cancellation.
