Cancellation of insurance

I have called ABSA to cancel my insurance and no one is assisting. I managed to send a mail to the guy who assisted to acquiring the insurance and he said he will escalate to the anager. Phones are not being answered you hold until your call is dropped then dial again. I just want to cancel the insurance n have exhausted all the communications platfoms and still no help. Please cancel my insurance
