Canceled car insurance

My name is Zandile, I’m having a problem with ABSA car insurance. I sent emails at the beginning of September to cancel the policy because I found a cheaper one and I even called them but still they haven’t stopped debit order, even this morning I just received a message stating that they’ll deduct on the 25th. I don’t like what they’re doing because it leaves a negative impact on my credit profile because I even moved funds from my account so that they don’t get money. I’m really frustrated.
