Cancelation delayed

Hi can I get someone to assist cancel my credit life insurance, I sent an email on the 11th of February as instructed. I received an automated email informing me that a consultant will be in contact to assist and till this day I haven't received any call or response on that email. Please assist as I am frustrated don't kjow which department to contact.
