Cancel my policy as requested and refund me!!!!!!!

To Whom it may concern,

I am officially losing patience now and if I do not get my vehicle insurance policy cancelled and my premium for September refunded by Friday, 8 September, I am going to the Ombudsman!

My financial advisor emailed you on 8 August 2023 to request my policy be cancelled because I found a better deal at another insurance company and an email was received stating that you would get back to me and almost a MONTH later, I have not heard a word from you! My policy is still active and you are still charging me! Getting hold of you and cancelling is near impossible because I work in sales and cannot sit on the phone for HOURS! I also logged a request to be contacted and you couldn't even be bothered to do that.

AGAIN, I ask you to please cancel my vehicle insurance policy and refund me the R1066.00 that you charged me!
