CANCEL MY POLICY!!!

How horrible is this service! You were quick to call to provide me a great deal and when I got my policy details, I see my premium is R1 700 instead of the agreed R1 300! Who can I speak to to cancel this policy so I can go to someone that answers their calls. This division should rather close down because of the amount of complaints.
