Cancel car insurance

I really do not know what to do anymore because I have called absa insurance more than 5 teams already trying to cancel my insurance. First time I called was told the cancelling department will call me back as they are busy. I had to wait for two days for their call.

Eventually lady by the name of Vicky Sambo did call and I told her I have gotten a better deal with another insurance hence I would like to cancel my car insurance with Absa, that was on the 01 Sep. She convinced me not to cancel as they can match the deal and I asked her to call me on Monday the 04 Sep but she did not call me back. The plan was to think about it and after that take a decision.

I decided to call them again on the 11th since I have made my decision and again I was told Vicky Sambo will call me back till today I am still waiting for her to call me back.

Can someone from Absa car insurance call me.
