Cancel car insurance.

I have been trying to cancel my Absa idirect car insurance from the beginning of this month via email. My emails are unanswered and call waiting time is above 40 minutes. I do not use the car anymore since the panel beater refused to touch it due to gasket issue.

Please cancel the car insurance as the car is not even moving at this stage. Policy number is :***
