Bully Absa Assessor
I was treated like I’m not a client by the assessor
He bul**** me left and right and forced me to pay 50% of my vehicle bumper damages due to “poor workmanship “ as he described or they won’t fix the car.
He further went ahead to say I must pay for my own labour rates if I want the car to be fixed at BMW SMG
He further went to sources used parts without any explanation or letting me know. He made me feel unwanted. Claims department says assessor has the final say.
Be careful if your assessor is Mr Chetty, he will make your life a living hell.
