BULL**** ABSA

Don't even deserve one star. I had damages to my property because of the floods in 2022. I have sent emails to Absa , even called them, no one assisted. I made it very clear to them that I am leaving the country and I will not be there so they need to speed up. After 6 months then they contact me that I should valuate the damages by myself and send them the quote. It is not my job to do that and anyways I was out of the country by then. They sent someone to assess the damages but till today I am waiting for a response. I pay alot for the damn insurance for such pathetic services.
