Breach of POPIA act

I was initially excited to get a call from absa regarding comprehensive car insurance at a good premium, they were quick to draw up a quote and take my banking details to have new business on books. After I whole week of wasted airtime and begging them to send my documentation so that I can go through it myself to ensure all my information is correct just to find that the POPIA act was breached completely as I received a documentation with information that does not relate to myself, different name, surname, ID number, address. The only correct information is my banking details which is weird to say the least. I called to escalate about 4 times today asked to speak to a manager and I am still awaiting feedback. I refuse to pay a premium on the 1st as none of my personal information is correct and there was a breach of confidential information which is unacceptable
