Beware of ABSA idrect insurance they do not keep to their promises. Ref C-***2

Beware when dealing with ABSA homeowners' insurance. I instituted a claim for a faulty geyser element, the repairs where under warranty from a previous claim. They did not do the repair, I had to get my own plumber and pay out of my pocket. They have not yet paid me out as I refuse to pay an excess for the bad quality parts their contractors use.
