I am very happy with the service I recieved from Charity Mkansi from Absa I-direct she made me understand my policy better and the extra benefits that are there, remember it is not easy to read the whole policy documents you might miss out on other things, now I know what am covered for and know what to do incase of an emergency and accident, Charity Mkansi made sure that I have a clear understanding of my policy and terms and conditions
