Be ware of ABSA Idirect!!!!

I submitted my claim on 22/06/2015 ,my claim was assigned to this rude consultant by the name of Schulk Hopkins.He just started by accusing me of drinking and driving even when the police statement is clear that i was not drunk.Now they rejected my claim because according to their witness i was not driving the car .The police statement clearly indicate that i was the driver....Please Help.
