bas service from Portia and Absa

I am currently looking extremely disappointed with the service from Absa. Portion spoke to me and said the claim is rejected . she mentioned i claimed three times from old mutual which is not true . i am noite sure where she got this information and will be taking Absa p further. get high management to call me
