Trying to lock a claim on my Absa active app is not working. I contacted the call center and waited for a long time before they have took my call. The staff member advised me that I must do the claim on the app. I explained to her that it was not working. She sent me the claim form. I completed the form and sent it to the staff member who was cc'd on the mail. Up until now, he has not even opened my email.
