Band customer service and unprofessional employees

I am very disappointed and irritated at this point with Absa direct

It is such a big company to be treating me like this, you guys do not answer your calls, and you do not respond to emails what the hell is wrong with you

A lady called Queen from your department is very rude and unprofessionally, she attempted to assist me with cancellation then suddenly she couldn't hear me but the whole time we greeted each other she was able to hear me now that I mentioned that I want to cancel my policy she can not hear me, and she decided to hang up the call.
