Bad Service Providers that Absa appoints

I have a pipe burst/leaking pipe in my bathroom Absa appointed Mr Plumb they came out to fix the leak after they said it is fixed I took a shower and in the ceiling there is a bubble that formed with the leak the bubble in the ceiling became bigger and bigger I phoned them and even send them a video they still claim that it is fixed. I phoned Absa again today they told me they will appoint another plumber but I must pay another Access of R800 or I must get my own plumber I told the lady I refused to pay another access if they appoint a plumber that cannot do a proper job or check why must just pay access again ...now waiting for them to send someone out again or to come back to me. Struggled from Saturday to get through to someone to assist some number they referred me to say only operating from Mon till Friday who pays my cellphone bill you hold on the line forever ... so I phoned Monday to report they send someone but was not fixed properly today is Wednesday I report again that it is not fixed holding on forever to get through and holding on for people to check what is happening to the claim... the plumbers first want the cash money for access to be paid before they will start any work if they do a bad job you don't have any feet to stand on. Who is going to repair the leak and the ceiling in the bathroom ??????

2. Also had a swimming pool claim with Absa that the claim was not approved the contractors that Absa appoint story differs to the story of the contractor that I got a quote from ... we know Cape Town had a draught and we could not fill up the pools ... there was still water in the pool and after the draught when we were allowed to fill up the pools again the pool cracked at the deep end and they told me the pool had no water in that was the reason for the pool to crack that I feel was unfair they don't know if the pool had water in or not, the water drained out because of the crack. The contractor that I send out to do a quote said it was earth movement so who must I believe??? is Absa appointing people that is untruthful about a quote just for Absa not to pay .

3. Absa also appoint people that comes and do a job and they don't put paving etc back outside where there was a pipe burst previously.

Is this the type of Insurance that a person wants ??? I am with Absa for more than 20 years.????
