Bad service from absa policy

I had a absa policy since 2019 , I never receive contract/ any documents from then . Then last week I reached out requesting for documents since thy is no communication at all , today I got a call saying my profile it's blocked nd thy dnt know hw come ? Wat a bas service I think someone was trying to do something on my profile becareful nd check ur policy absa did me dirty
