Bad service from Absa NDE

Absa has the worst service ever. They ask you to confirm your details a million times but still get them wrong. I started the process of accessing funds on behalf of my daughter december 2022. The money was paid into an the deceased account which was inactive.although i had given then my account number. This was back in may 2023.i had to call to start another process. I called more than 6 times confirming my account number. They wrote 00 and my account has no 00. I'm angry at their incompetence.
