Bad service from ABSA Insurance

I took an Insurance with Absa about 3 weeks ago, I must say that the service i got from them is very bad, I spoke to a lady Called Mbali Zulu, she took incorrect personal details, duplicated Vin numbers, she told me that I will pay 45% less of what I was quoted and I will receive my documents with 7 working days. I haven't received any documents till to date. She called on Tuesday and promised to get back to me on Thursday, but she did.

I am really disappointed with ABSA Direct Insurance, I was looking forward to be their client.

I will be canceling this nonsense tomorrow morning. Their service is useless
