bad service from Absa Idirect
I am waiting for a refund on a vehicle that was written off in March. ABSA idirect kept on deducting. we were told refund will be done in 5 working days but it is now on the 14th working day and no refund - will we get interest on our money outstanding, worst of all you send a email but nobody bothers to reply......
