Bad service

I spoke with Absa insurance (activate) about a policy review since well my policy was due for renewal and I agreed with the consultants to reduce it. Previously it was R1877,24 and they reduced it to R1660,31 but today R2044,24 was deducted which is what we did not agree upon.
