Bad service

I am sick and tired of the pathetic service from Absa Activate. I have been trying to cancel my policy, but it is completely impossible to get hold of anyone.When I send emails,just got the auto reply ,, saying the consultant will give you a call soon When I try to call, I sit on hold for over 30 minutes every single time, only for the line to get cut off without getting any help!The only thing Absa is actually fast at doing is taking my money. They are still actively debiting my account despite my clear attempts to cancel this cover.I demand that an escalation manager contacts me immediately to confirm that i canceled. I also want a full refund for every single debit order taken after I first tried to cancel.
