Bad service

There are a lot of bad reviews for this company but nothing is being done about it because I have been trying to get a hole of them to no avail. I sent emails and no one is getting back to me. I spent so much airtime trying to get through to their query department, i tried their sales department and the phone was answered in a minute. Very bad service...
