Bad Service by Nomvula Sithole

I urgently need a senior manager to get in touch with me. I've had a very unpleasant experience with Nomvula Sithole. I have been sending numerous emails to Nomvula with my new banking details and car pictures. Nomvula fails to respond to emails or acknowledge emails. In a desperate attempt to discuss my policy with her, I called ABSA Idirect and was informed to send an email. I cannot continue sending emails when she ignores emails. Please may I be assisted with my policy by a representative that will actually assist me in resolving my policy matter.
