Bad Service - Banking Account.

Made a cashsend on 1 March 2023. Cash was not dispatched. Discussed with Business Bankers to numerous occasions. Bankers promise to get back to me but failed on many occasions. Very bad service after more than 20 years banking with ABSA. Issue still not resoved!!!
