Bad service at ABSA HOC
Absolute disaster to deal with such incomitance. I was told that my payment on my claim will take 3 working days. I am now on 5 working days with no payment. Now i am told it will reflect ABSA to Absa in about 48 hours. I know for a fact and confirmed by my bank the payment is immediate. Don't use this company

19 Dec 2024, 16:48Absa private messages us because they still don't do anything. I have sent Nthabiseng Sibande an email of which I did not even receive a courtesy call to find out what can be done to resolve this Tomorrow is Friday which makes the last working day for any enquiry which means this will only be resolved next week. So 3 working days does not apply as stated when the claim was done. Useless people working there.
