Bad service Absa insurance

Good day. I have registered a claim for my roof hale storm damages to absa insurance on the 22 November 2021. Zintle Dywilli took my claim and she called me back on 23 November 2021 she asked me if I can find a contractor (assesor) in my area in Upington who could come out and looked at the damages,take pictures and give a quote.I found one and he did all those things. I emailed all those documents and photos to Zintle Dywilli,Aubrey Medupe and absa.I mailed it on the following dates 27November 2021, 1,3,7,10,13 and 24 December 2021.It went through.Eversince December I called absa insurance until today 2022/01/13 I spoked to various people there.Until today my roof is not repaired.I hope you can assist me in this regard.
