Bad service

I just very bad service from one of the absa consultant . My absa activate app is not working. I called absa last week with regards to it and I didn’t get an update or feedback from them . My activate app is not recording my trips . I am at a point where i am thinking of moving to another insurance due to bad service that i received from absa . They wouldn’t provide me with call references
