Bad Service

Hello ABSA,

I had to cancel my insurance with you due to bad service received from one of your agents. The guy instead of helping me about enquiry on the service I had with you, he was rude and even told me why am I paying so much money for 1 thing instead of paying for more. He didn’t help me with my enquiry, I’m sorry but I had to let go since I can’t get the help from you guys anymore.
