Bad service

I took absa law on call because I had a pressing issue I informed them of every detailed and I was advised of options and premiums and I chose platinum cover that had no waiting period when I called them after my first premium as per our discussion I was transferred to law on call useless service ever no one is coming back to me the only call I received was my case is pre existing of which I told them from the beginning cwayita Willem is very useless I mean it's 4 days no response instead I'm waiting my airtime calling
