Bad service

Getting hold of you guys is a nightmare.Been sending emails since Monday, with no response. 20+ minutes to get get hold of someone, he told me his system has an issue opening new policies, but he is transferring me to a colleague who can assist. Till now I am still on hold for 28 minutes, this is no kind of service to provide your new clients.
