Bad service
I have bought my son's laptop for R35000 it was on special laptop was valued R50 000. When I lodged a claim the insurance wanted to give me a voucher for R35 000 which I am not happy as the laptop was insured for R50 000. Why can't I get a voucher for R50 000. My son studies are suffering as a result of this prolonged misunderstanding
