Bad service

I took a policy for car insurance with activate on the 20th,never received my policy schedule until today, the guy who assisted gave me their contact details but I have been on the phone day 2 today trying to contact them and will be on hold for more than 30-1 hour with no available agent, what kind of a company is this that does not take their clients serious now i wanna cancel and due to no assistance I cannot. It seems like a ****a shop insurance. Is there even an insurance called activate by absa
