bad service

Logged a lightning claim. contractor came out to assess. 4 days later they still saying they awaiting pricing. i called ABSA for update and the consultant says what must she do about it...i asked her to escalate then she gave me attitude and said hold on for her manager then put me on hold for 20mins...i then dropped the call. Terrible service!
