Bad service

They do not even deserve the star as had an accident on the 11 October 2021 till today they have not attended to the claim. I went traffic DEPARTMENT to get accident report number and forwarded to them as per the traffick officer instructions to collect and give my insurance company. Now they say it's difficult to get a call through to JMPD to confirm really 2 months it's really frustrating emotionally and financially. Had to sacrifice my time and money going to get accident report number and now given a run around
