Bad experience

I am disappointed with Absa insurance. I insured my car with them they promised to install a device nothing has happened and phoning them is a waste of time, not unless you have the whole day, it's a disaster emailing them it's also a disaster, they just feed you with Ref nos telling you that someone will comeback to you. What I hate they keep on deducting with out fail but they can't deliver. Sooner or later I'm leaving Absa. And I need my money back
