Bad customer service from Absa insurance

Very bad service, been paying them for more than four years without any claim whatsoever but when its time for my no claim bonus im taken from pillar to post and its been 3months now getting the same excuse (IT has a technical problem and im receive money with 48hrs) but 3months later still nothing
