Bad Customer service

My car had mechanical breakdown on the Sunday the 28 of March I contacted the insurance company to assist with the towing. I was told to bring the car back to JHB is going to be R4600 which I stated clearly to Nompumelelo that I dont have that kind of cash. The insurance made a agreement with the towing company and the driver of the car to tow the car to JHB without my consent. I ended paying 5600 for towing and storage fees I want my money back
