Bad customer service.

I wouldn't recommend funeral cover from Absa, their customers service is horrible. When you go to branch or call their service center it's the same. I went with my late father to enquire about his funeral cover which he was paying for but was told that policy had lapsed. We provided them with proof of payment but nothing was done. My dad was paying for that policy for years. We kept on enquiry about the outcome but we were never assisted months later or even a year later my dad passed on. I went back to enquire I was given a reference case number c***6 by monique till today Noone has contacted me to advise on the outcome. People should refrain from taking funeral covers from ABSA,they don't care for their clients, they keep you hanging with no answers and they are very avoident. For your peace of mind don't even think about taking life insurance with Absa.
