Bad customer service

What a horrible customer service! I have been calling Absa idirect to cancel my car insurance with them but I never get through to the consultant. Last week I held the line for over an hour twice, no luck. The most annoying thing is that the sales consultants are readily available. Would not recommend this insurance to anyone.
