Bad claims experience

From bad service to poor claims experience my claim number 271682 has been handled by various consultants that put on hold for over 20 minutes this insurance has left a bitter taste I wish calls were listened to and show how rude their consultants are such a pathetic company if ever you want insurance I recommend that you don’t or else you will regret a claims takes more than a month before a job has to be done.
