Bad business practices

I have had an insurance policy with Absa Idirect for my car for a period spanning 8 years, and the terms of my policy include cash back for not claiming, my reward was due in July and I have been **** to, sent from pillar to post, my calls cut, last week the agent told me money would be paid on Wednesday. Now I would like to cancel my policy because I do not want to deal with a company that lacks intergrity as my concerns have been ignored. So greatly disappointed in this company.
